Once an order has been placed and/or shipped, we strictly adhere to a no returns or exchange policy. All sales are final.
Please be sure to provide the correct address information for delivery to avoid additional shipping fee. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the package reshipped.
ImaQueen is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided during the order placement process.
After a package has been deemed delivered, any issues that arise after the package is in the customer's possession will be the customer's responsibility.
