Shipping policy

US Domestic Orders

All packages are shipped via UPS or U.S. Postal Service (3 to 7 business days) depending on shipping method chosen at checkout and delivery location.

 International Orders

We are currently not accepting international orders on our website.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days.  A tracking number will be provided via email address once the order has been processed.  *Please note: during holidays, processing times may be longer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout to avoid additional expenses of re-shipping.  Once an order has been placed and/or shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  In cases where a package has been shipped and subsequently returned to sender because the customer has either entered the incorrect address or is unable to pick up the package from the carrier, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges required to re-ship the package.

If a package is returned to imaQueen Haircare due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer was not home for delivery or if the package exceeded the maximum amount of time to be held at a pick-up location, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs.  imaQueen is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

imaQueen holds no responsibility for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided during the order placement process.
